Every visual is an opportunity to tell a story.

And yes, that includes your corporate photoshoot.

While team profiles often need a refresh for consistency and professionalism, these images go far beyond the intranet—they show up in new business decks, pitch meetings, and social channels. In those moments, photography becomes more than just formality; it becomes a first impression, a quiet but powerful indicator of who we are and how we show up as a team.

With that in mind, I styled a photoshoot that reflects the authenticity, creativity, and character of the people at Transmission. After all, we’re a team that believes B2B branding is far more human—and more emotional—than most would expect.

The result?

“I never knew what to do with my hands. But the tutorials were really helpful, and Tricia helped us get into it really easily.”

Said tutorials were from David Suh!

His combination of humour and empathy for those getting photographed helped immensely.

“The guys in the US want to do it too! Our CEO, Chris loved it.”

Some props from the Area Director of APAC, and it even caught the eye of the CEO.

Not something all internal creative work can do.

“Tricia’s energy was infectious!

She knew how to make us comfortable and set the mood.
I never enjoyed a corporate shoot this much.”
